Wedding booking

Event Booking Form (please print 2 copies of this page and forward your remitance)

By this contract between ................................................ the client(s), and Jigsaw Video Productions, the video production company.

It is mutually agreed that the video production company shall supply the services and goods specified in the Wedding enquiry/Booking form, and that the client shall pay the price agreed of £ .................... .

The date of the wedding for which the above mentioned services will be provided is __/__/__ at the___________________________________ venue.

A refundable* deposit of 50% is payable at the time of booking for all bookings. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.

You may expect Jigsaw Video Productions to provide a high quality, well-presented video film of your Event. Filming will be in a style mutually agreed by the video production company and the client. Any individual aspects or particular requests with regard to your video should be made clear at this point. If necessary they should be written into this contract prior to you signing it.

We will try to ensure that your video is filmed without hitch. However, we are of course all subject to things that may happen beyond our control. Jigsaw Video Productions recommends all clients to purchase adequate insurance to cover such instances.

Force Majeure The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by the Video Production Company owing to any cause beyond it’s control. In the event of the failure of video equipment or ancillary accessories, or cancellation of this contract by the Video Production Company - liability shall be limited to a full and complete refund of all monies paid.

In any event liability on the part of Jigsaw Video Productions will be limited to a return of all monies paid including any deposit. The client may cancel the contract at any time prior to the event by giving written notice to Jigsaw Video Productions. However, as compensation if cancelled within 3 months of the wedding date then half the agreed price is payable. If cancelled within 6 weeks of the wedding date then the full agreed price is payable.
